Varun Dhawan-starrer and Shoojit Sircar directorial October dropped new posters of the film which reminds us of Hollywood’s 2014-hit The Fault In Our Stars. If you’ve watched the film, you must remember the posters where Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus Waters are lying on the grass. Another reason why Banita Sandhu is giving us a TFIOS throwback is her short hair.

Varun Dhawan is seen in his usual Dan look while Banita is seen sporting extremely short hair. The pictures are sun-kissed where the couple is wrapped in a warm embrace, just like the month of October. Also, Banita aka Shiuli’s eyes look like as if they’re dying to speak a thousand words. They are full of serenity, love and calm, yet so vocal. Dan, on the other hand, is lying down devoid emotions, finding solace in the arms of Shiuli.
October is Banita Sandhu’s first film in Bollywood, although she is a known face in ad industry. Her non-glamorous looks from the movies has gotten our expectations high. Varun Dhawan can also be seen playing an all in all different character. It’s a relief to see that he has finally shed his chocolate boy image.
