Actress Sonakshi Sinha starrer Noor has released today. The film is receiving mixed response by the critics and audience. Sonakshi is seen playing the role of a journalist in the film. The movie is the cinematic adaptation of Saba Kazmi’s book Karachi! You Are Killing Me!.

Sonakshi plays the role of a journalist who is extremely conscious about her weight and unhappy with her crappy life. Her bond with Kanan Gill, who is playing her best friend is delightful to watch. Purab Kohli and Shibani Dandekar look confident. The song Gulabi Aankhen is one of the highlights of the film. But, the film has many loopholes and it becomes tedious watch towards the end.
The box office collection of the film will decide if Sonakshi has spelled magic on screen.
Directed by Sunhil Sippy, the movie is fighting a box office battle with Raveena Tandon’s Maatr. The winner of the clash is yet to be decided.
