TV actress Nia Sharma beat silver screen actress Alia Bhatt to emerge the third sexiest Asian woman alive in a poll that was conducted by Britain's Eastern Eye newspaper recently.
The list was topped by Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra was at the second position. Following Nia on the list was TV actress Drashti Dhami on number four. Actress Alia Bhatt was on number 5 and TV diva Sanaya Irani on number 6.
Gaining such a high position on the list is definitely a huge achievement for Nia and she expressed her joy on Twitter.

Nia started her television career in 2010 with the serial ‘Kaali - Ek Agnipariksha’ in which she played the character of Anu. However, it was the 2011 serial ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ that helped Nia’s career take an upward tangent.
She played the role of the younger sister Manvi in this hit serial. After that she essayed the role of female protagonist Roshni in ‘Jamai Raja’ since 2014 but quit recently.
