New Delhi: Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri recently created a sensation after she left India all of sudden.
The actress, who was recently seen in Emraan Hashmi’ ‘Azhar’, left the promotions in the middle. In fact, her sudden absence has affected her other projects too. The diva was currently working in Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Housefull 3’ and Riteish Deshmukh starrer ‘Banjo’.
Indeed, this incident has been termed as highly unprofessional on Fakhri’s behaviour.
However, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has clarified her absence saying that Nargis is a thorough professional.
“She has done three films for me in two years. She had a very popular item song in ‘Kick’. Then she is Abhishek Bachchan’s romantic interest in Housefull 3. She also has a very important but brief role in my forthcoming film Dhishoom,” Saijd told a leading daily.
He further added saying, “Nargis had health issues. Throughout the shoot, she never gave me a problem. She is a thorough professional. All three girls in Housefull 3, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lisa Haydon and Nargis, got along well. Usually when there is more than one heroine there is some friction. Not this time.”
Earlier it was reported that Nargis has left the country after Uday Chopra refused to marry her. In fact it was also reported that the diva might be quitting Bollywood as well.
However, Emraan too rubbished the rumours saying that the reason behind Nargis’s absence from ‘Azhar’ promotions was just her health problems.
