Superstar Akshay Kumar has announced one of his forthcoming movies – ‘Naam Shabana’, which would hit the theatres next year. The Khiladi Kumar took it to micro blogging site twitter to announce the big news on Tuesday morning. The leading lady of the movie will be southern actress Tapsee Pannu, who has worked with Kumar in 2015 release Baby as well.
It will be her first titular role. She too shared the news on her twitter account and going by her words it seems the movie will be an adventure flick.
It is the third movie of Akshay Kumar to be announced recently. Before this, we heard about ‘Crack’ and Omung Kumar’s psychological thriller in which Akshay will be seen playing five different personalities.
Besides, he is currently shooting for Jolly LLB 2 while his another film ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ is slated to go on floors in December.
Going by this, it seems the next year is going to be too busy for Khiladi Kumar.
“A unique attempt, for the very 1st time in Indian cinema. Get ready 2 be surprised, #NaamShabana coming ur way next yr,” he tweeted.
Aksahy shared the mahurat shot along with the shooting board.
The movie will be directed by Shivan Nair, who is best known for his television serial ‘Sea Hawks’ and his 2006 film, Ahista Ahista.
The producer is Shital Bhatia and DOP (Director of Photography) is Sudheer Palsane.
In 2016 also, he delivered three movies all of which did fabulous business at the box office.
We hope 2017 too turns out to be great for Akshay Kumar, who is all set to race ahead of three Khans in the race.
