TV actress Mouni Roy will be sharing the screen space with actor Akshay Kumar in her Bollywood debut Gold.

TV actress Mouni Roy is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar starrer Gold. Recently, Khiladi Kumar shared his first look from the film on social media and producer Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed that the Naagin star is going to be the part of the film. Mouni, who is very excited, was seen doing a happy dance in one of her recent posts. The actress enjoys a huge fan following and people are eagerly waiting to know more about her role.

Mouni took to microblogging site Twitter to share her picture in which she can be seen dancing. Well, it is quite evident from the image that she is very happy with the opportunity. It is yet to be seen if the actress manages to spell magic alongside Akshay as this is definitely a golden chance for her.

Sharing his first look from the film, Akshay tweeted, “Set out on a brand new journey, aiming for nothing less than #GOLD! Day 1 of Gold, need your love and best wishes as always :)”

The shooting of the film has already begun in London. The movie is a sports drama based on the 1948 London Olympics. Along with Akshay, Gold will also feature Amit Sadh and Kunal Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film is all set to hit the screens next year.
