Karan Johar unveiled the first look of Dhadak and since then it has become talk of B-town. Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's step-brother Ishaan Khattar will step into Bollywood with the remake of Marathi movie Sairat. The first look of the movie has sent fans into a frenzy and they can't stop gushing over Janhvi's pretty face. Meanwhile, there is a strong buzz around Dharma productions that Sridevi might do a cameo in her daughter's debut movie.

The veteran actress can play the role of mother in Dhadak. A source close to the development informed Deccan Chronicle, ''The role of the girl’s mother in this film is brief but very important. And the  woman must look graceful, dignified and be able to express her love for her rebellious daughter and be able to stand up for her  against the father, who is vehemently opposed to her daughter marrying a boy from a socio-economically backward section. Srideviji will add a completely new dimension to the plot.''
