Manmarziyaan Box Office Collection Day 3: Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee, Vicky Kaushal’s film earns 14.33 crore

All eyes have been on Anurag Kashyap's first-ever out and out love story, Manmarziyaan, for a while now. The trailer managed to sweep the audience off their feet, and they were waiting for the film to hit the screens. Starring Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, Manmarziyaan took off to a low weekend at the box office and earned Rs 14.33 crore in three days. Despite its not-so-great start, the film has raced ahead of its competitors, Mitron and Love Sonia, which also released on September 14.

Announcing the latest Manmarziyaan Box Office Collection, trade analyst Taran Adarsh said, “#Manmarziyaan has a low weekend... Although the biz saw good growth on Day 2 [45.17%], it didn’t grow much on Day 3 [11.55%] ... Weekend biz should’ve been higher due to the popular genre and music... Fri 3.52 cr, Sat 5.11 cr, Sun 5.70 cr. Total: ₹ 14.33 cr. India biz”.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap, and produced by Aanand L Rai, the film shares a story of love triangle between Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu and Abhishek Bachchan, where everything is complicated because of the people! Taapsee Pannu, who is portraying the role of a rebel girl in love, Rumi, falls for a commitment phobic boy Vicky, played by none other than Vicky Kaushal.

It marks Abhishek's comeback on silver screen after a two-year hiatus as he was last seen in the 2016 rom-com 'Housefull 3'. In this film, Abhishek Bachchan is seen sporting a turban and a beard. He is playing the character of Robbie in the film.
