New Delhi: Actor R. Madhavan has been experimenting with genres but it is impossible to forget that he was once a lover boy all women had hots for. But little did the actor himself know that his innocent eyes and boyish smile have the same impact on girls even now.
The 46 years old actor was in Toronto for a fan meet yesterday and he repeated his famous proposal dialogue from the Tamil movie ‘Alai Payuthey’. What followed was screams by his female fans.

Even Madhavan acknowledged that he was taken a little aback by all the attention.
The dialogue which Madhavan said was “Naan Unna Virumbala.. Unmaela Aasapadala.. Nee Azhagaa irukka nu Nenaikkala.. Aanaa idhellaam Nadandhurumo nu Bayamaa irukku.. Yosichu Sollu!”, an elaborate way of saying ‘I Love You’.
Helmed by Mani Ratnam, the 2000 release ‘Alai Payuthey’ brought to the screen the fresh pair of Madhavan and Shalini. In the scene, Karthik (Madhavan) gets to see Shakthi (Shalini) in a train journey. Love at first sight happens and here comes an immediate proposal by the hero.
The way he uttered the words made girls go gaga over him then and looks like not much has changed since then.
