Luka Chuppi's New Song Tu Laung Main Elaachi Out
Luka Chuppi makers have decided to put five recreated old hits in Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer rom-com. After rehashed versions of Poster Lagwa Do, Photo, Coca Cola, the fourth one to release is Tu Laung Main Elaachi. The song is originally inspired by Punjabi hit track Laung Laachi, which features Neeru Bajwa and Ammy Virk. The latest edition features the newly-wed bride played by Kriti Sanon dancing in the 'aangan' of the house. She is also joined by the groom Guddu played by Kartik Aaryan and other family members. The romantic ballad with the wedding background is visually colourful and has desi feel. The song has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi, crooned by Tulsi Kumar and lyrics penned by Kunaal Vermaa. On the other hand, the original song was sung by Mannat Noor, music by Gurmeet Singh and lyrics by Harmanjit. The next reprised song from Luka Chuppi is reportedly a Punjabi number titled Duniya by Khaab.
Talking about the film, Kartik had said, ''This is the first film which is saying that come live-in with family. It is the funny quotient of the film. This has never happened. This is the unique and interesting aspect about the film''. He further added, ''Luka Chuppi was one script that I really loved. It is a content driven film which has commercial aspect to it. We are happy that the trailer has got good response and there is positivity around the film''.
Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film is set to hit the screens on March 1. The movie also features Aparshakti Khurana and Pankaj Tripathi in important roles.
