Actor Lisa Haydon, who was last seen doing a cameo in filmmaker Karan Johar’s directorial venture Ae Dil Hai Mushki, has shared a picture with her son Zack on social media in which she can be seen feeding him. The lady in her post revealed that breastfeeding has helped her a lot to shed wait and get in shape. Lisa’s husband Dino Lalvani is a businessman and her little bundle of joy was born on May 17, 2017.
"I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it's World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby," she posted alongside the photograph.
Lisa, 31, said breastfeeding has been challenging as well as time consuming but it's a beautiful way to bond andconnect with the baby.

The gorgeous lady has worked in many Bollywood films.
