The teaser of Kangana Ranaut’s much-awaited film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, will release today. But ahead of its teaser release, here is a look of all the stills and behind the scene pics from Manikarnika, which is a biopic on Rani Laxmibai. In the biopic, Kangana will essay the role of Rani Laxmibai, who sacrificed her life fighting bravely with British East India Company in 1857 during the first war of independence.
In the series of looks revealed from the Manikarnika, Kangana looked fierce, brave and stunning as Rani Laxmibai. The film also stars TV actress Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkaribai in Manikarnika, which is also her Bollywood debut film. The film will also see Atul Kulkarni as Tatya Tope, Suresh Oberoi in the role of Peshwa Bajirao and Jisshu Sengupta will essay the character of Gangadhar Rao.

Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have come up with a quirky way to promote their upcoming film with the Sui Dhaaga Challenge. After Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Rajkummar Rao, actor Ranveer Singh has taken up the Sui Dhaaga Challenge.
The challenge is that one has to pass a thread through the needle-hole as fast as possible. However, Ranveer Singh’s challenge was different. The actor posted on his social media account a photo of a shot from the film and posted, “My Sui-dhaaga challenge was trying to get tickets for it on Sunday night! Now, if a report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, Varun Dhawan will also feature in a cameo in the Ali Abbas Zafar film.

As Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre Behl is undergoing metastatic cancer treatment in New York, where Anupam Kher is shooting for his new show "New Amsterdam", the veteran actor says he often tries to talk to her, meet her and create a positive vibe around her.
The two actors have featured in movies like "Keemat" and "Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai".
"I spoke to Sonali two days ago and she is getting her treatment done. As she knows that I am also in New York for four-five months, we both talk about who will be able to return back home first. I always tell her, 'I don't know about me, but I really want you to go back home'," Anupam told IANS over phone from New York.
Want to put myself in an uncomfortable position, says Made In China star Sumeet Vyas
Sumeet Vyas, who is gearing up for his next release titled ''Made In China'' alongside Rajkummar Rao said that he wants to come out of his comfort zone. Sumeet believe that as an actor his aim is to keep pushing boundaries.
The 35-year-old actor, whose next big screen venture is Rajkummar Rao-fronted "Made In China", says the film is giving him an opportunity to explore himself.
"As an artiste I was getting too comfortable playing slightly different versions of myself. And I had to break out of this comfy massage chair. Had to put myself in an uncomfortable position," Sumeet said in a statement.
