Student of the Year 2 actress Tara Sutaria, who is already winning the internet even before her debut film, is all set to star opposite Ahan Shetty in RX 100 remake. Ahan Shetty is the son of Bollywood actor Suneil Shetty and brother to Athiya Shetty. Bollywood is remaking 2018 hit film RX 100 in Hindi. The film will be directed by Milan Luthria, who has helmed films like Once Upon A Time in Mumbai and Baadshaho in Bollywood, released a statement with IANS to announce the project.
He said, “The plot of the film is very intriguing. It is a love saga which will leave the audience surprised. It's a stark love story, with both the leads having strong parts. I have seen Tara and Ahan perform together during the rehearsal workshops and they have immense chemistry. We're set to go now.’
According to director Milan Luthria, RX 100 is all set to go on floors soon. It’s in the pre-production stage. Ahan Shetty is preparing for the heavy action sequences in the movie. Tara Sutaria has confirmed the project off-late and is soon expected to kick start the project.

Deepika Padukone apologises to fans for losing Filmfare Best Actress Award
Real-life couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor won the Best Actress and Best Actor titles this year at the coveted Filmfare Awards 2019, that took place last week. Alia Bhatt won the award for her jaw-dropping performance in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi. But Deepika’s die-hard fans are in no mood to buy this news. On a fan page, a user quipped that Deepika Padukone should have won the Best Actress award or at least she should have shared the award with Raazi actress Alia Bhatt.
The user also argued that why Filmfare body let Ayushmann Khurrana and Ranveer Singh share the award while letting Alia take the trophy alone.

Singing reality show Rising Star has found itself in another pool on controversies after judge Neeti Mohan played a sexist prank on a contestant of the show along with her co-judges, musician Shankar Mahadevan and singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh. Two contestants, named Kunal and Shikhar appeared on the stage and after wooing the judges with their singing, one of them complimented Neeti Mohan calling her “kadak and raapchik”. Reacting harshly to the statement, Neeti said that the comments were rude and decided to walk away from her seat. Just when the contestant got worried that they have made a blunder, the judges revealed that it was prank and started laughing.
While the judges were very pleased with the jokes, the sexist prank didn’t go down well with gender activists Kirthi Ajay Kumar as she condemned the judges’ prank tweeting, “Absolutely appalled at how @neetimohan18, @diljitdosanjh, @Shankar_Live and the rest of the crew literally threw the #MeToo movement under the bus on @ColorsTV. Speaking up about sexual harassment is not easy, and here you're all belittling it as "mazaak".” Soon after Twitterati also exploded on the celebrities for making fun of the #MeToo movement.

"Both Abhishek and Taapsee have loved the story and are looking forward to collaborate again. However, they are yet to sign on the dotted line. One the formalities are locked, they will begin prep," a source was quoted as saying to the daily.
While Abhishek Bachchan will reportedly be playing the role of Sahir Ludhianvi, Taapsee Pannu will step into the shoes of Amrita Pritam.

Kesari Box Office Collection Day 5: Akshay Kumar’s action-war film declines on Monday, earns 86.32 crore
After enjoying double digits for four days, Bollywood’s latest offering Kesari witnessed a sharp decline on Monday. The Akshay Kumar starrer action-war movie, which hit the cinemas on Holi 2019, earned Rs 78.07 crore over the weekend and Rs 8.25 crore on Monday, taking the total Kesari Box Office Collection to Rs 86.32 crore.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced the latest Kesari Box Office Collection on social media and said, “Kesari should’ve collected in double digits on Mon... North circuits dominate, driving its biz... Faces more-than-required decline in some circuits... Tue-Thu crucial... Thu 21.06 cr, Fri 16.75 cr, Sat 18.75 cr, Sun 21.51 cr, Mon 8.25 cr. Total: ₹ 86.32 cr. India biz”.
