One after the other, actors like John Abraham, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn are choosing their script likewise. It seems that patriotic movies have become their patent right.
This week, John Abraham’s RAW - Romeo Akbar Walter is set to release. He will be playing multiple roles in the movie. The movie is said to be set on the true events of Indo-Pak conflict of the year 1971. In an interview with Hindustan Times, John said, “we’re all India lovers, we love the country, and somewhere we all believe we’ve gravitated towards a film that is very special to us.” John was last seen in Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran and Satyameva Jayate, which were also based on serving the Nation.
Ajay Devgn's movie Raid
Talking about Ajay Devgn, we can’t forget his role as Bhagat Singh in the movie The Legend of Bhagat Singh. After that, his movie Raid also focussed on eradicating corruption from the Nation. He will be next seen in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, the story based on the history of the Maratha Empire.
Akshay Kumar, on the other hand, has a mastery over the spirit of Nationalism. His movies like Baby, Rustom, Gold, Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty and now Kesari have won him great numbers at the box office. Watch Kesari's trailer.
