New Delhi: Actor Kamaal Rashid Khan, who has garnered more hate than love in the Hindi film industry, doesn’t have very nice words for the upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab’. KRK, on his YouTube channel reviewed the neo noir drama and the gist of the video was that the movie deserves to be missed.

In his almost a 15 minutes long video, KRK took a jibe at all the actors except Diljit Dosanjh. In his review KRK said no one can know why Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan agreed to the movie. KRK noted that both a drug addict Shahid and a Bihari migrant Alia are too loud in the movie. He said, Alia yells in almost evety second dialogue of hers, killing the essence of her character. However, KRK was all praises for Diljit Dosanjh and even went on to say that the Punjabi actor is the real star of the movie.

Taking a jibe at director Abhishek Choubey, KRK said that his gross script was rejected by almost all the big houses of Bollywood. It was only Anurag Kashyap who liked the idea.

Speaking about the movie, KRK said that it is filled with abusive language and vulgar scenes. He went on to say, “Except insult to Honey Singh and drugs, this movie has nothing. This movie has no entertainment or value for the common man.”

The Deshdrohi actor gave Udta Punjab only half a star and urged people to not watch this.

However, in a tweet KRK also said that the movie will earn close to Rs 8 – 10 crores on the first day.

Now, we don’t know if viewers will think the same as KRK or no. After all the brouhaha, will Udta Punjab be able to live up to the expectations or no?
