Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput’s love survives nature’s wrath
Finally, the wait is over as Kedarnath trailer has hit the internet! Handsome hunk Saif Ali Khan’s gorgeous daughter Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her debut with the movie alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. The film revolves around the tragedy that left every heart in pain, the floods in Uttarakhand in 2013. And so does the love story of Sara and Sushant in the film.
The 3-minute trailer gives a glimpse of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan's characters Mansoor and Mukku and narrates their love story. Shot along a 14-km pilgrimage from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath, the trailer impresses with beautifully captured locales of Kedarnath and makes sure people fall in love with it. As beautiful is the backdrop of the film, Sara and Sushant impress equally in every frame. While Sara plays the role of an extrovert in the film, Sushant is a shy and simple boy who carries pilgrims on his back to the Kedarnath mandir. The religion card plays and their love does not get accepted by their families and here comes the big tragedy. Since it is Sara Ali Khan’s debut film, the actress has given us every reason to be in love with her and expect a power-packed performance from her in the future as well.

With the tagline ‘Love is a pilgrimage’, Kedarnath trailer has surely left the expectations high from the movies. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath was initially scheduled to release on 30 November but the makers have decided to push it by a week. The movie maeks Sara’s big Bollywood debut and all eyes are definitely on her. Being the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, Sara's addition to the project was termed as "fresh" and edgy by producer Ekta Kapoor, as reported in a DNA article. "Kedarnath is an emotional and riveting tale that blends India’s beauty with a love story from the heartland,” added Kapoor.
