The ninth season of Kaun Banega Crorepati is here and megastar Amitabh Bachchan, one of the most lovable hosts of the small screen is back with his innovative style. This time also, many contestants participated on the show to try their luck and win the big amount to fulfil their dreams. After welcoming the viewers, Big B started the game with the fastest finger first question. Saroj Verma from Haryana's Hisar, who is a school teacher by profession took only 5.77 seconds to answer the question.
After Saroj took the hot-seat, Big B quickly explained the rules and informed that the contestant will get 45 seconds to answer questions on level one and one minute in the second level. This time along with audience vote and 50/50, there will be two new lifelines. The contestant can video call a friend for help and in another lifeline any jodidar of the contestant can join him or her on the hot seat.
Saroj survived nine questions on the show and took home prize money of Rs. 10,000. The next contestant to play the game was Shri Kisan Yadav, who is also from Haryana. The contestant will continue the show today also.
