Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has sent out a congratulatory message to her ex-flame Shahid Kapoor on his becoming a father.
Shahid’s wife Mira Rajput gave birth to a baby girl on Friday.
Indeed, Kareena is happy for Sasha and has reportedly sent her best wishes to the new parents for the wonderful new phase in their lives.
“Kareena sent Shahid a quick congratulatory message on the arrival of his baby girl,” a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.
Bebo and Shahid, who were dated each other for a couple of years before breaking up in 2007, have maintained cordial terms post their split.
Apparently, the ‘Udta Punjab’ actor was amongst the first ones to enquire about Kareena when her pregnancy rumours started doing the rounds.
Interestingly, not just Kareena, Shahid also have a friendly relation with her hubby Saif Ali Khan. In fact, Saif and Shahid will soon be sharing the screen space in Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming movie ‘Rangoon’. The movie also features actress Kangana Ranaut and is scheduled to release in February next year.
