Each year, we see several star kids entering the glitzy world of the Hindi film industry, and this year is no exception either. After Ranbir Kpaoor;s cousin Aadar Jain who starred in the film Qaidi Band, it is now Twinkle Khanna’s cousin Karan Kapadia to make his big Bollywood debut. The star kid, who is Dimple Kapadia's late sister Simple Kapadia's son is all set to enter Bollywood with Azhar fame director Tony D'Souza’s upcoming venture. The untitled film will reportedly hit the cinemas in 2018.
In an interview with Midday, Akshay Kumar’s brother-in-law Karan said that both the Jolly LLB actor and his aunt Dimple Kapadia were astonished when told them about his Bollywood aspirations at the young age of 14. "They didn't see it coming because I have always been an introvert. But, once I told them, they were extremely supportive," Karan was quoted as saying to the leading daily.
Meanwhile, the filmmaker Tony D’Souza confirmed launching Karan and said, “Yes, we will make a film with Karan, but it is too early to say anything. I intend to produce films, but that will happen only after I have wrapped up my directorial Captain Nawab.”
Karan Kapadia, who is very much active on social media Karan has studied acting at the Jeff Goldberg Studio in Mumbai.
In the interview, Karan revealed that he was rejected many times in auditions and denied using family connections to get the role, “When you come from the kind of family that I do, you obviously have access to certain people that you wouldn’t have otherwise. But, I do as much as I can on my own.”
