Ace comedian Kapil Sharma’s second Bollywood project Firangi has released today. The actor will be seen sharing the screen space with actress Ishita Dutta in the film. The movie is set in 1960 era. The year has been a roller-coaster ride for the comedian. From his controversy with former co-star Sunil Grover to The Kapil Sharma Show going off air, Firangi comes as a fresh breeze for all his fans.
The trailer of the film received positive response from the movie buffs and Firangi has some melodious songs that will prove to be beneficial for the film. Looking at the popularity of Kapil, it seems that the film is going to do a great business. Firangi has been directed by Rajiv Dhingra and its Kapil’s maiden production venture.
From Bigg Boss 11 to various reality shows, the actor went for promotions everywhere and left no stone unturned to make his film a big hit.
Kapil made his Bollywood debut with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. He was appreciated for his acting. It is yet to be seen if he manages to spell magic with Firangi.
Earlier, the film as scheduled for November 24 release but after the release date of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial venture Padmavati was pushed, makers decided to release Firagi on December 1.
