Filmmaker S S Rajamouli’s upcoming movie ‘Baahubali 2’ has been creating a lot of buzz ever since it was announced.

But despite it being one of the most anticipated movies, a veteran actress refused to be a part of ‘Baahubali 2’.

We are talking about Kanchana, who was offered an important role in the movie.

The media reports suggest that though Kanchana was quite impressed by her character, she rejected it because of the location where ‘Baahubali 2’ was being shot.

‘Baahubali 2’ was shot in Jodhpur and Kanchana wasn’t much comfortable with the climatic conditions of the state especially in winters, so she chose to tunr the offer down.

Interestingly, Kanchana will soon be making her comeback on the silver screen after three decades. She will be seen in upcoming Telugu drama ‘Arjun Reddy’ starring Vijay Deverakonda.

Kanchana was last seen in 1985 Telugu drama ‘Shri Datta Darshanam’.

Notably, ‘Baahubali 2’ is a much awaited sequel to Rajamouli’s 2015 release ‘Baahubali’. The movie has retained the cast of the first instalment that featuring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty

‘Baahubali 2’ is slated to release on April 28 next year.
