New Delhi: Kamal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, has sought apology from filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and all other Bollywood stars whom he had targeted in the past via offensive tweets.

Known for his loud mouth and film reviews on Youtube, KRK took to Twitter to say sorry and asserted that he has now turned into a "serious type of critic”.

He further, in a series of tweets, said that he would prefer being a respected critic rather than being known as ‘troll’ while thanking Vikram Bhatt for showing him the right path.

Here’s what he tweeted.

Interestingly, Vikram Bhatt replied to KRK on Twitter and appreciated him for taking the right path.

Notably, Kamal R Khan found himself at the centre of a legal trouble when filmmaker Vikram Bhatt filed a criminal defamation suite against him. It happened after ‘Deshdrohi’ actor accused Bhatt of trying to "supply Meera Chopra to a well-known producer".  ( Meera, the cousin of Priyanka Chopra, had featured in Vikram's movie "1920 London”).

If it wasn’t enough to trouble KRK, Bhatt even started an online petition on Change.org addressed to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to take Khan's account down.

Though, now as Kamal R Khan has publicly apologised for his lewd comments and Bhatt appreciating him, we can hope for heat to go down. However, it will be interesting to see if KRK will stand by his words in the days to come.
