The shooting of filmmaker Karan Johar’s new project Kalank, featuring actors Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur, has already started. But something created trouble for the whole team. Yes, the shooting was halted for an hour when the crew spotted two snakes moving towards Alia and Varun while they were shooting an intense sequence. Later, the crew took snakes to the jungle.
A source revealed that after this incident, precautions are taken for everybody’s security adding that the snakes were huge and due to that the shoot was stalled.
Few days back, Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt visited the sets of the movie. The official Instagram of Dharma Productions shared his pic clicked by Varun.
Incidentally, the same incident took place while filming Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s My Name Is Khan.
On a related note, Kalank is set in the 1940's and is slated to release next year. The movie is helmed by Abhishek Varman and is bankrolled by Fox Star Studios, Dharma Productions, and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
