Everything is jolly and good for the Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar as “Jolly LLB 2” has more than doubled its box-office collection on day 2. The courtroom drama collected Rs 30.51 crore on its second day.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news that Akki’s film has raked in Rs 30.51 crore in two days.
“#JollyLLB2 has SUPER Sat. Plexes are ROCKING. Fri 13.20 cr, Sat 17.31 cr. Total: ₹ 30.51 cr. India biz. Sun should contribute to a BIG total,’ he tweeted.
Jolly LLB 2 collected Rs 13.20 crore on its opening day. And now, another trade analyst Komal Nahta reported that Akshay’s film will surely bring in more audience at the cinemas on Sunday. Check out his tweet.
The film also stars Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla and Annu Kapoor in lead roles. The film is a sequel to Jolly LLB, a courtroom drama that starred Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani in lead roles.
The new replacements Akshay Kumar and Annu Kapoor are getting a lot of admiration for their roles too. Both Saurabh and Annu lauded Akki for doing justice to the character of Jolly.
