John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee’s action-thriller Satyameva Jayate to clash with Akshay Kumar’s Gold
Past few days have been loaded with news about John Abraham’s upcoming film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran. The tussle between production houses JA Entertainment and KriArj Entertainment has got more intense with Prernaa Arora filing a complaint against John Abraham. Amidst the spat, the actor announced the title and release date of his upcoming film with Manoj Bajpayee which is titled Satyameva Jayate. It is directed by Milap Zaveri and expected to release on 15th August, clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Gold.
For the film, T-Series has joined hands with Nikkhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment to produce the film titled, 'Satyameva Jayate'.
The news was shared by Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst, on his Twitter, "John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee... Their new film is titled #SatyamevaJayate... Release date finalised: 15 Aug 2018... Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani... Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri".
He even shared a still picture from the flick. The cop saga will be written and directed by the 'Kaante'-fame director, Milap Zaveri.
Newbie actress Aisha Sharma will be seen sharing screen space with John Abraham. She will be playing the role of a veterinarian and has been preparing for the same. Earlier this month, Manoj Bajpayee tweeted about his upcoming project with Milap Zaveri. He wrote, “Pack up at 3;30 am for a person who wakes up at 5am.unfair my dear @zmilap my director and writer who made me deliver more than 400 lines in 4 night shifts.full on dialoguebazi.loved it and now silence for few days.”
According to the Mid-Day reports, the makers hadn’t zeroed on the title Satyameva Jayate, as Aamir Khan did an iconic TV show which went by the same name. They were waiting for Aamir to approve for the title and then make the official announcement.
