New Delhi: You have to give it to music composers Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani for making the brilliant songs for the movie ‘Sultan’. Each and every song of this upcoming Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer manages to pull all the right strings of the hearts.
And the same goes with the female version of ‘Jag Ghoomeya’. As much as Vishal and Shekhar have woven magic in this song, so has the singer Neha Bhasin and the leading daily Anushka Sharma.

In this female version, the on screen Aarfa lip syncs the lyrics written by Irshad Kamil and does a fantastic job at it. The video speaks volumes about the love story of Aarfa and Sultan.
The romantic number ‘Jag Ghommeya’ stayed in news much before people heard it. It was reportedly initially sung by singer Arijit Singh but his version was chopped off from the movie. Heartbroken to have missed a chance to lend voice for Salman, Arijit posted an apology on Facebook, pleading the superstar to retain his song in the movie.
However, that did not happen for reasons still not known to media and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sang the song. Close friends of Salman said that deleting Arijit’s song was a creative decision and when the 50 year old actor was asked about it, he said he doesn’t know who Arijit Singh is.
