Jab Sejal met B-town celebs: Anushka talks about her first meetings with Karan, Ranbir and Ranveer

Actress Anushka Sharma, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal opposite Shah Rukh Khan, has recalled her first meetings with her B-town friends. From Shah Rukh Khan to Ranveer Singh, the lady talked about her first encounters with the people, she has worked with. This is known to all that the actress made her Bollywood debut alongside Shah Rukh in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She revealed that, the first time when she met the actor, he was dressed as Suri, the character of the film. Anushka added that SRK was very sweet to her.

Talking about his Ae Dil Hai Mushkil co-star Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka revealed that she met him in the gym and the actor congratulated her for RNBDJ.

Actor Ranveer Singh is everybody’s favourite but his first impression on Anushka was ‘not much’. She first met him when makers called her to shoot a scene with Ranveer, while he was auditioning for Band Baaja Baaraat.

Anushka met Karan Johar on the sets of RNBDJ and wished her luck for the film. However, not many people know that the ace director was not in a favour to cast the actress in RNBDJ. Later, he was impressed with her performance in Band Baaja Baaraat.

 

On a related note, directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab Harry Met Sejal is slated to release on August 4.
