New Delhi: It looks like Irrfan Khan is on way to have another winner in his bag with ‘Madaari’. The looks of the movie which were released a few days ago intrigued us and now the trailer is here to add to the anxiety. The movie also has Jimmy Shergill in pivotal role.
‘Maddari’ helmed by Nishikant Kamat of the ‘Drishyam’ fame is based on the real life event, taken place at the under-construction overhead Metro bridge on Andheri-Kurla Road in suburban Marol. The collapse of the bridge claimed the life of one and injured many others. After extensive research, Kamat decided on grabbing the inside scoop of the mishap and telling the story to all.
Irrfan, plays the role of a vigilante in the movie who kidnaps the Home Minsiter’s son. Jimmy, is the cop who is on the hunt.

The striking point of the movie is that this flick might remind you of films in which the common man took it upon himself to change the system.
Khan, makes it clear that he is resemble anyone and everyone living in this populous nation of 125 crores, something which will remind of actor Naseeruddin Shah’s monologue in ‘A Wednesday’.
