Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has reacted over Bollywood fraternity promoting Akshay Kumar’s ‘Rustom’ over his periodic drama ‘Mohenjo Daro’.

Both the films are going to hit the screens together on August 12, making it for a major box office clash.

Many Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Sonam Kapoor have extended their support to ‘Rustom’ while Hrithik’s ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is apparently being ignored by the film fraternity.

When an entertainment portal asked the Greek God about the same, he gave a clever reply.

“It is a good thing. It’s a fraternity. If someone needs support then we must support,” Hrithik said.

Rustom vs Mohenjo Daro: Know how Hrithik has already defeated Akshay in the money game

Ahem! It seems Hrithik has killed two birds with one stone.

On one hand, he appreciated the film fraternity for supporting who needs it (read Akshay here) while on another hand; he apparently asserted that he didn’t really need the backing from the industry.

‘Rustom’ and ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which are releasing three days prior to Independence Day, carry different storylines.

While ‘Rustom’ is a taut thriller based on the infamous 1959 K.M. Nanavati case involving a Parsi Navy officer, ‘Mohnejo Daro’, on the other hand, is set up in 2016 BC in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro in the era of the Indus Valley civilization.
