Every time a fresh couple is roped in for a movie, reports of their fling start doing the rounds in media. Be it for Kriti Sanon-Sushant Singh Rajput or Pulkit Samrat-Yami Gautam.
However, this was not the case with newcomer Pooja Hegde.
Pooja will soon be making her silver screen debut with Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Mohenjo Daro’ opposite Hrithik Roshan. While the couple looks sizzling together, there hasn’t been any report of link-up between Hrithik and Pooja.
And this newbie has a good reason for not being attracted to the ‘Greek God’ of Bollywood. Pooja feels it was her admiration for Hrithik that didn’t let her get inclined towards the actor.
“I always looked at him as someone who is a friend and who always advises me. He has been very helpful. I don’t have a godfather as such but God keeps sending people in my life at the right time to guide me. He has been really helpful. After a point, the looks and all is just him, you don’t get intimidated by him,” Pooja told a leading daily.
She added, “He is a very attractive man. But we are only friendly with each other and he plays the role of an advisor in my life. It was a relief to be with him on the sets in Bhuj, where we were stationed for so many months together. It could get on your nerves if you are away from family for so long, at a stretch, under harsh
climatic conditions”.
So far, Pooja and Hrithik’s chemistry in the trailer of ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is catching a lot of attention. Let’s see if they become the new hit jodi of Bollywood post the release of the movie on August 12.
