At a time when the biopic craze is taking the industry by storm, Hrithik Roshan has also joined hands with the trending genre. The superstar, who stole our hearts with his amazing performance in Kaabil, has reportedly signed his first biopic, fresh reports suggest. Directed by Vikas Bhal, the film is titled Super 30 where Hrithik will be playing the role of a mathematician.

And now, to see him spread magic on-screen as a math wizard will be a delightful sight. The 43-year-old actor is all set to portray the role of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, according to a Mumbai Mirror report. The movie will trace Anand's rise to fame as the founder of the Super 30 program, the report further added.

Anand Kumar runs the famed Super 30 program for IIT aspirants in Patna. The 44-year-old mathematician coaches economically backward students for IIT-JEE. It all began in 2002 when Kumar started the program with the aim to groom IIT aspirants who couldn't afford the tuition fees. And fifteen years later, the mathematician is still busy preparing the aspirants for a bright future
Reports also suggest that Hrithik Roshan will begin shooting for his first biopic once he returns from the US where he is holidaying with his sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan. It reportedly took the filmmaker a couple of years of thorough research before going ahead with the project. If speculations are to be believed, Anand Kumar too was reluctant for having a film made on him.
