Superstar Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s Tiger Zinda Hai is all set to hit the screens next month. The recently released trailer has blockbuster written all over it. Now, makers of Malayalam film, Take Off has stalled the idea of remaking the film in Hindi as its incidents are similar to that of Bhaijaan’s film. The talks of the Hindi remake were at the last stage but after watching the trailer of Tiger Zinda Hai, director Mahesh Narayan has decided to shelve the project.

It was the being said that Jet Airways will produce the Hindi remake. Take Off was based on real life incidents where Malayali nurses were kidnapped by the terrorists. Parvathy Menon and Kunchacko Boban played the lead in the film.

Tiger Zinda Hai featured Salman and Katrina as RAW and ISI officers, who were on a mission to save nurses from the terrorists. The movie is the sequel to 2012 film Ek The Tiger and is reuniting the ex-flames after a long gap. The trailer also showed some romantic moments between the stars. It goes without saying that Salman is set to give a perfect ending to this year. All Bhaijaan fans can consider this as Salman’s Christmas gift.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai is all set to hit the screens on December 22.
