On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Bollywood celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Anupam Kher, Kajol, Kapil Sharma and Mika Singh not only expressed their gratitude towards the ‘stronger sex’ but also thanked them for their immense contribution and sacrifices.
A range of Bollywood celebrities took to their microblogging site Twitter and Instagram to dedicate the day especially to the ladies.
King Khan, Shah Rukh was the first one, who wished the Women’s Day in a very unique way. Shah Rukh shared a cute picture of two kids, a boy and a girl holding each other hands. Although the face of kids were not very much clear in his post, but the one of the kid in the picture resemble his son AbRam, who is holding hand of a girl.
SRK captioned the picture as, ‘’Hold her hand so that she can lead you. Happy Women’s Day’’.
The gorgeous actress, Kajol too shared her views about building a women’s club on this day. The actress wrote a cute message on Women’s Day which read as, “Let's build the bloody women's club and be loyal to it all year long! Not just by 1 gesture but by changing our attitudes towards ourselves.’’
Deepika Padukone, who is also global star chose to thank her sister for her contribution on Women’s Day. the actress wrote, ‘’my little one!im so proud of u!#BestSisterInTheWorld!-Women Who Changed The Rules!''
Meanwhile, comedy king, Kapil Sharma dedicated this day to his mother. The actor shared a picture with his mother and wrote, ‘’Happy women's day ... love u mummy’’.
Popular singer Mika Singh, shared a cute video dedicated to all the women. He wrote, ‘’’I dedicate this to all the Mothers, Sisters, and Daughters, I wish you a very Happy Women's Day!! Here's a song for you :) #womensday2017’’
