Actress Shraddha Kapoor is busy these days promoting her upcoming film Haseena Parkar. While talking to a leading daily, the actress revealed an incident when she broke down on the sets of the film because of her brother. This is known to all that Shraddha’s brother Siddhanth Kapoor will be seen playing the role of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim in the film. A leading daily asked the lady her reaction when she first saw her brother as Dawood then Shraddha narrated the incident.
Shraddha revealed to mid-day that during a scene in the film, her father was hitting Dawood with a belt and she found it so natural that she could feel her brother’s pain. Director Apoorva Lakhia, who was also present during the interview intervened and revealed that as she saw her brother getting hit by a belt for the first time, the lady cried hard.
Apoorva told mid-day, “She really cried a lot. It is one of my favourite scenes and I've retained that shot of her crying.”
Both Shraddha and Siddhanth will be seen sharing the screen space for the first time.
On a related note, Haseena Parkar is all set to hit the screens on September 22 and will fight the box office battle with Sanjay Dutt starrer Bhoomi.
