The teaser poster of actress Shraddha Kapoor starrer Haseena Parkar has released today. The movie that features the actress as underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's sister is slated to hit the screens on August 18. The new poster shows Shraddha’s eyes that indicates that the actress has worked really hard to get into the skin of her character. This will be Shraddha’s first biopic. She looks promising and seems like her fiery look is a tiff reply to those who thought that she can’t act.
Shraddha shared the poster on microblogging site Twitter. She tweeted, “So here's another teaser poster of #HaseenaParkar Hope you guys like it! #HaseenaTeaserPoster @haseenamovie @ApoorvaLakhia #18thAugust.”
The tagline reads, “80 cases were filed against her but she appeared in the court only once.” The movie is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and will portray the actress in a totally different avatar. The actress will be seen donning different looks as her character ages. She will be sharing screen space with her real-life brother Siddharth Kapoor, who will portray Dawood Ibrahim in the film.
Shraddha was last seen in Mohit Suri’s directorial venture Half Girlfriend alongside actor Arjun Kapoor. The movie received mixed reviews and did a decent business at the box office.
