The Shah Rukh Khan and Imitiaz Ali combo Jab Harry Met Sejal has received a lot of mixed reactions from the people. The first look and the title of the film was revealed yesterday, and since then everybody has been talking about him. The film, which also stars Anushka Sharma, received backlash from people who accused that it must be a copy of Hollywood’s iconic film When Harry Met Sally.
Well, the name is very much similar. However, is SRK’s new film a copy of the classic rom-com? Shah Rukh Khan himself has the answer for you. In a telephonic conversation with ANI, the Raees actor said, “No, not at all. There is no similarity between Harry Met Sejal and When Harry Met Sally , except for the fact that we can hope our movie can also be one of that kind of unabashed classic love stories”.

“When Harry met Sally is one of the greatest love stories ever made in the history of world cinema. Our film on the other hand, is quite original, a fun space love story by Imtiaz Ali”, Shah Rukh added.
The much-talked about film will hit the cinemas on August 4. After much wait and anticipations, the makers came out with the title of the film on June 8. With this came the change in release date of the flick from August 11 to August 4. This move was taken to avoid the clash with Akshay Kumar’s Toilet: EK Prem Katha at the box-office.
