Actor Sanjay Dutt, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Bhoomi, has bid farewell to lord Ganesha idol with his family. Along with his wife Manyata, his kids Shahraan and Iqra were also spotted during Ganpati Visarjan. The pictures from the event indicated the spiritual side of the actor. Interestingly, in his upcoming film, the actor will be seen playing the role of lord Ganesha’s devotee.

Earlier, many prominent faces of the industry along with his Bhoomi team attended the Ganesha Chaturthi party at the actor’s residence. From Aditi Rao Hyderi to Sharad Kelkar, the stars graced the party and prayed to the lord.
Lately, Sanjay also attended the Ambani’s bash where he was seen hugging superstar Salman Khan which indicated that all is well between the two stars.
On a related note, Sanjay’s next film Bhoomi explores father-daughter relationship and is directed by Omung Kumar. Aditi will be seen playing the role of Sanjay’s daughter in the film. The movie is all set to hit the screens on September 24.
