Bollywood fans can rejoice as much awaited Forbes’ list of highest paid actors in the world is here and three actors Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar have made it to the top 10 of the list. Mark Wahlberg has topped the list as he earned an estimated $68 million in 2017. According to Forbes, with $38 million (Rs 243.50 cr), King Khan secured 8th position. Salman and Akshay ranked 9 and 10 respectively.
Salman took home $37 million (Rs 237 cr) and Akshay made $35.5 million (Rs 227.5 cr). The films of these actors did great business, thus, there name was expected in the list. But, what came as a big shock is that the name of superstar Aamir Khan was absent from the list. This is known to all that Dangal broke all box office records and minted over Rs 2000 cr in China. The magazine clarified that the list was made from June 1, 2016 and the collections of the film came after a specified time.
With $65 million earning, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson secured the second position. Vin Diesel ($54.5 million) was at 3rd position. Adam Sandler ($50.5 million) and Jackie Chan ($49 million) ranked 4th and 5th respectively.
