Telly actor Amit Tandon, who has worked in shows like Dill Mill Gayye, Dil Deke Dekho is leaving no stone unturned to bring her dermatologist wife Ruby back to India, who has reportedly behind the bars in Al Raffa Jail in Dubai since a month. According to an entertainment portal, Dubai Health Authority officials have accused the lady of threatening few government officials and Ruby is locked in jail for one month.
Amit revealed to an entertainment portal that he was very sad that a hardworking lady like her has to go through this. He added that Ruby was treating not only Bollywood but also Hollywood celebs, so, some of her influential competitors have wrongly accused her due to which she is in remand for nearly a month. He added that he has faith that judicial authorities will soon realise that his wife is innocent.
He said, “We still hold faith that the judicial authorities will realize that she is 100 per cent innocent and let her come back to her work and most importantly to her daughter who misses her every day.”
Rubi tied the knot with Amit in 2009 and have a 7-year-old daughter Jiyana. However, due to compatibility issues, the couple has filed for divorce. The lady is a popular dermatologist in Mumbai.
