Deepika Padukone turns into a schoolgirl in this leaked video from Chhapaak sets
Deepika Padukone’s upcoming film Chhapaak is the most awaited film in Bollywood. The film which is based on the real life acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal has made the fans quite excited ever since the makers released the first look poster of Deepika’s character Malti. If the character poster was not enough, leaked pictures and videos have made it even more difficult for fans to wait for the Meghna Gulzar directorial film. After the video of Deepika and Vikrant Massy taking a scooter ride being leaked on the internet, another video is going viral on social media in which Deepika is seen as a school girl.
In the video going viral online, Deepika can be seen shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak in a school uniform. Deepika’s transformation through prosthetic make-up has already bowled over the fans and now this video has made the audience believe that the actress will bring out her best in this film. Earlier also a video of Deepika Padukone as Malti and Vikrant Massey as her husband had gone viral on the internet in which the duo is seen riding a scooter. Earlier pictures have also surfaced the internet in which the actress is seen shooting for the Meghna Gulzar directorial. In the video going viral, Deepika is seen wearing a yellow salwar suit and Vikrant is seen sporting heavy beard and a kurta. Check out the video here-
Talking about why Deepika Padukone said yes for the film, she said, "Meghna walked into the office and took me through the story. In five minutes of speaking with her, I knew in my heart that this is what I wanted to do next. Something about Meghna herself, Laxmi's story and Meghna's conviction in this film... It was very similar to Piku. In just five minutes of meeting the director, I knew that this is the film I wanted to do."
Deepika Padukone is also making her production debut with Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. She is co-producing the film with Meghna Gulzar, which means double work for her. Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey have already dropped the first look of Deepika’s character from the film on the internet and in no time, netizens went berserk. Deepika shared the first look saying, “A character that will stay with me forever...Malti. Shoot begins today! Chhapaak. Releasing January 10, 2020.” In the image, she is seen with prosthetics of scars and burns on her face. Check out the poster here-
