Deepika Padukone to feature in another Hollywood film?
Deepika Padukone, who debuted in Hollywood film industry opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage, might be on a verge of signing another Hollywood project. Since her upcoming film with Vishal Bhardwaj is on hold citing Irrfan Khan’s health issues, Deepika Padukone has a lot of time to do another film in the Hollywood. A report by leading daily says that the Padmaavat actress might sign up for another Hollywood project.
“With actresses like Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, who play some of the best roles Bollywood has to offer, on the lookout for similar characters in Hollywood films, it is imperative that they spend time to get these roles. While their agents will work on screening the films and managing scripts for the same, these stars will need to go meet, audition and screen test as well for all the characters for the films made by Hollywood majors,” the source told the leading daily.
Deepika Padukone last featured in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, which entered the coveted 300-crore club at the domestic and international box office combined. Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra is making her comeback in Bollywood after wrapping up the shoot for the third season of Quantico and her upcoming Hollywood film A Kid Like Jake.
