The Bidisha Bezbaruah suicide case has become the talk of the town owing to lots of mysteries surrounding the mishap. The Assamese actress was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her newly-rented apartment in Gurugram, Sector 43 on Monday, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Deepak Saharan. While no suicide note was recovered, a complaint was filed against Bidisha’s husband Nisheeth Jha by her father Aswin Bezbaruah,following which he was immediately arrested. Early life
Bidisha completed her schooling from Nichols School, Guwahati in Assam in 2007. After completing her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from a college in her home town, she came to Delhi to pursue her post-graduate diploma in Advertising and PR from Indian Institue of Mass Communication.

Showbiz lady
A popular face of the Assamese film industry, Bidisha was lauded for her brilliant performance in Xanto Xisto Hristo Pusto Mohadusto. She also hosted several stage shows and also, crooned numerous Assamese and Hindi songs during varied events. She came to Bollywood limelight after appearing in a Bihu song in Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina starrer Jagga Jasoos.
Married life
Bidisha Bezbaruah married Nisheeth Jha, a native of Gujarat, on April 28, 2016. However, their married life wasn’t successful and reports suggest that she often complained of harassment by her husband and in-laws. The 14-month-old marriage soured as Nisheeth got involved in an extra marital affair, fresh reports suggest. Further, it was also said that the actress committed suicide owing to her broken marriage.
At the moment, Bidisha’s mobile phone, Facebook and social networking site conversations are being examined by investigating teams to probe into the alleged suicide case. Further, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has spoken spoke to his Haryana counterpart Manohar Lal Khattar seeking investigation on her mysterious death.
