Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan’s next song ‘Aithey Aa’ is a twisted version of ‘Didi Tera Devar Deewana’

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan’s characters are much admired by the audience ever since the trailer of their upcoming Bollywood film Bharat hit the internet. While fans are already in love with the trailer, the makers of the film have released two songs which have earned much applause form the fans. Now they are all set to introduce another song from the film called Aithey Aa. Director Ali Abbas Zafar went candid with Mumbai Mirror as he spilled the details about this upcoming song and revealed that it is a twisted version of Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit’s song Didi Tera Devar Deewana from the film Hum Aapke Hain Kaun.

Talking to the publication, Ali Abbas Zafar revealed, "Usually in such set ups in Hindi films, you see the boy teasing the girl, but because Katrina's character (Kumud, also called Madam Sir) here is strong as Salman's ( the titular Bharat), the whole song was written from the point of view of women teasing the men". The track is said to be set up in the 1980s. Further revealing the details, Zafar said, "Irshad Kamil has beautifully captured the flavour in his words. Just imagine if Didi Tera Devar Dewaana (from Hum Aapke Hain Kaun) was reversed with Madhuri Dixit and Salman switching places.. that's what our song is. The brief was to create a peppy dance number with entire family shaking a leg."

Salman Khan to romance Deepika Padukone in Kick 2?

Salman Khan, on Wednesday, shared a poster of the upcoming song Aithey Aa and announced that the song will be out on Thursday. He called it 'Shaadi wala Gaana'.

Filling in the details about the song, Ali said that it is composed by famous duo Vishal-Shekhar while Vaibhavi Merchant has choreographed it. The song is sung by Akasa Singh, Neeti Mohan and Kamaal Khan and was shot in January this year in Film City (Goregaon, Mumbai). A romantic track from Bhrat starring Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan has already been released called Ishq Ki Chashni. In the song, the blockbuster Jodi is seen romancing in the beautiful locales. Another song starring Salman Khan and Disha Patani has also surfaced the internet called Slow Motion Main.

On the professional front, Salman Khan will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Inshallah opposite Alia Bhatt after Bharat. Katrina Kaif on the other side will be seen in Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi.
