Bharat Box Office Prediction: Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif film may open at Rs 30 crore due to Eid festivities

Like every year, Salman Khan is all set to present his Eid gift to his dedicated fan base. His Ali Abbas Zafari film Bharat is scheduled to release on June 5 in theatres. It has Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff in important roles. Bharat is expected to rain numbers at the box office, since Salman Khan's film do great business when released on Eid. Last year, Race 3 managed to earn Rs 27 crore on its opening despite negative reviews from the critics. Bharat, helmed by Tiger Zinda Hai director Ali Abbas Zafar, is expected to be huge in terms of box office numbers.

Ali Abbas Zafar and Salman Khan worked together in two hit movies; Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Both of the films entered 300 crore club in matter of few weeks. Zafar's films are commercial while Salman Khan's loyal fan base always results in good business. Keeping these things in mind, Bharat is expected to earn a bare minimum of Rs 30 crore at the box office.

However, Bharat's box office number may get affected by World Cup 2019 match between India and South Africa that is scheduled for June 5 at 3 pm. The loyal cricket fans might ditch Bharat to watch the live match on television. Eid festivities are expected to fill up for the gaps that the WC2019 match might make.

Bharat is releasing at over 4000 screens which means the audience will be left with only one option to watch in theatres.
