Telly actress Shilpa Shinde, who accused Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai makers for sexual harassment, has reacted on TV actress Kavita Kaushik’s comment saying that it is not easy to talk about such things. Kavita recently slammed Shilpa for talking about the incident after a year.
Shilpa reacted on it saying that if anyone else had been on her position, he would have committed suicide. The actress stated that people think that she did this for money but everybody had different experiences. She added that it was not easy to talk about harassment as people suggests to keep quiet on the issue. Hinting at Kavita Shilpa stated that whoever felt that she set a bad example by staying quiet is right as she should not have waited for a year.
The actress said, “Jitne muh utni baatein. People feel I am doing all this for the money or something else.”
Shilpa, who quit the popular show last year is still fighting for her unpaid dues. She added that producers Sanjay Kohli and his wife Benaifer Kohli ruined her career and put her through hell. Shilpa added that she is fighting for so many things and the only person who is suffering whereas the producers are flourishing.
Few days back, Kavita asked Shilpa the reason behind her long silence adding that she has set a bad example by staying mum over the issue for a year.
After Shilpa, another TV actress Sameeksha Singh claimed that she was also harassed with the same producers in the past.
