Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Batti Gul Meter Chalu had recently overcome the hurdle following issues between the producers. Shahid and Shraddha have even resumed shooting. Apart from the duo, the movie also has Yami Gautam playing the role of a lawyer and she is all set to prepare for the same. Reports are suggestive that the actress might have to drag her feet to the real courts to nail her character in the film.
Well, Yami Gautam is required to attend a few court proceedings to understand the grievances in real life and see how prosecution addresses them. She also wants to study what certain verdicts have been like.
Talking about it, the actress told a leading daily, “I am planning to attend one of the court sessions for sure before starting Batti Gul Meter Chalu. As of now since its summer holidays my lawyer friend and team are figuring a vacation bench session that I can attend basis my schedule currently. I am looking forward to the real experience at a court.”
