Yesterday the trailer of Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra starrer ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ was released. The trailer got rave reviews from viewers making it one of the highly awaited movies of this year.
While the trailer revealed that the movie revolves around the love story of Jia and Diya, the director Nitya Mehra has doled out another interesting secret about the movie. Nitya has said that it is a very simple and beautiful story about love and life.
The story then takes a turn when Jai suddenly starts ageing - 10 days on first day, two years on second day and 16 years on third day - and worries if he will die on the fourth day and then has to clear the mystery surrounding the strange process of ageing.

Asked about the complex turn of events in the film, at the unveiling of the trailer, Nitya said:
"It is complex but that is what was so exciting about it. I wouldn't take out something that's so simple, otherwise that'd be boring. But also, we have just packaged it in an interesting way, but actually it is a very simple story.
"It is a beautiful story about love and life, it is very simple and sweet, very understandable, it's not like it is some sci-fi, time travel film at all. It is really about the small moments in life and if you don't pay attention, your life will pass you by and not much will be left."
"Baar Baar Dekho" has been produced by Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.
