The film will see Rana in the role of a powerful politician for the second time after his debut Telugu film, Leader. While the movie is expected to release later this year, the Ghazi Attack actor took to his official Twitter handle and unveiled the teaser cut from the film. As soon as the teaser hit the internet, there was complete buzz all around. Within an instant, Nene Raju Nene Mantri teaser starring Rana Daggubati started trending on the internet.
In the teaser, the scene where Rana unfolds his dhoti with a cigarette in hand is a delight to the eyes. Directed by Teja, Nene Raju Nene Mantri also stars Catherine Tresa, Navdeep and Ashutosh Rana. The movie will simultaneously release in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. Produced by Suresh Babu, the movie is expected to release by the end of 2017.
Recently, while talking about the movie, the Baahubali actor said that he will dedicate the teaser of the film to his late grandfather and producer D Rama Naidu as his birth anniversary gift. Sharing few highlights of his film, Daggubati revealed that he will be portraying the character of a politician in it. He said, "I love the audacity of my character Jogendra in the film. The teaser is packed with gripping moments and it gives a glimpse of Jogendra's attitude."
