After teaching the audience that ‘love comes in all sizes’ in ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar will now appear in another quirky love story ‘Shubh Mangal Savdhan’. The actor today took to micro blogging site Twitter to announce the news.
Ayushmann who was very excited to work with Bhumi again, tweeted, “Excited to announce my next. Quirky, zany & mad #ShubhMangalSaavdhan with the lovely @psbhumi. Thanks @aanandlrai @ErosNow @cypplOfficial.”
This movie is being produced by the maker of blockbuster ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ Aanand L Rai along with Eros. The movie will be shot in picturesque locations of Delhi and Haridwar. Even ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ was filmed at these locations.
This is the third project of Ayushmann and Bhumi together after Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ and ‘Manmarziyaan’.
Both the actors completed the first schedule of ‘Manmarziyaan’ after which it was reported that the producer of the flick was not happy, and content with it thus it was put on hold. However nothing official was being said on the same. Interestingly, it was also Aanand L Rai’s film.
Years after the release of Bhumi’s debut movie, many things including her physique has changed. The lady now has some good projects in her kitty. One among them is ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’ opposite Akshay Kumar.
It is still to be known if movie buffs will get the glimpse of ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ in this new film.
‘Shubh Mangal Savdhan’ will be helmed by RS Prasanna.
