Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty were launched by Salman Khan last year in a movie titled ‘Hero’ and since then they share a great off screen chemistry.
Athiya, who is the daughter of actor Suniel Shetty, turned 24 on Saturday, has been getting some amazing wishes across social networking platforms, but the cutest wish came from Sooraj Pancholi.
Sooraj took to Twitter to wish her. He wrote:
Happy birthday u cartoon Thank u for being such an important part of my life!! Love u too much @theathiyashetty, Suraj wrote.
To which Athiya responded:
“Thank you my soopoo! and relax, I have your cap!!!”
However, Athiya & Soorja starrer ‘ Hero’, released in September 2015, failed to create a buzz at the box-office. But couple's chemistry in the film was highly appreciated by one and all.
Meanwhile, Athiya, daughter of superstar Sunil Shetty, will soon be seen sharing screen space with actors Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz in Anees Bazmee’s directorial ‘Mubarakan’.
